Twinned from https://github.com/cfsh/ninefold/issues/383 by tools/beads/import_github.py's reconcile pass.
From the playtest sitting 2026-08-02 (build e4facb9), on PR #359. Aedan's words:
> "Names look good. I wonder if it's possible for a word that line-breaks to make a single large pennant rather than two line pennants. That's a minor issue — that should be a follow-up."
#359 wraps a long hyphenated sound name onto two lines and draws one pennant per line (two stacked shapes, each with its own fill/ink/outline). The ask is for the wrapped label to read as one pennant that is simply taller — a single outlined shape enclosing both lines — so a two-line name still reads as one object rather than two.
Scope note: keep the existing single-line rendering and the highlighted/muted state rules exactly as they are; this only changes how the multi-line case is drawn. Explicitly filed as a follow-up at Aedan's instruction — do not fold it back into #359.
