in https://github.com/cfsh/ninefold/pull/77 we remember the test pitch for later test sound when fiddling with sound editor,
we should visually highlight the test pitch in the test pitch controls, so it's clear e.g. we're playing G when other things are tweaked. Not as strong as the highlight when mousing over it.
Bonus points - animate the G key when tweaking controls so it looks like it's being clicked again.
