Follow-up to design 011 T4 (merged: #1097, #1100), which added the single-issue view, per-epic kanban, and browser-side issue filing to tools/web_frontend/server.py on local bd. Aedan wants a dev to iterate live on the web UI based on his direct feedback (given in-session, not pre-written here).
