Instead would it be good to have a script that codifys this command line? Also for setting up the polling. Perhaps other opportunities exist too, e.g. automating a kick to do some strategic/self-initiated design work after N idle ticks.
Similar to how we wrote a script for github merging.
In general, I wonder if it's a good idea to move some of the "behavioural" instructions/guardrails from claude.md to be "structural" instead, to continue making claude.md as tight and punchy as possible (and thus improving the chances it's followed more strongly / correctly).
