make new song heirarchical & menu reorder nf-o116 ← Beads

Twinned from https://github.com/cfsh/ninefold/issues/306 by tools/beads/import_github.py's reconcile pass.

In the menu, the new song options now consume 3 slots.

Instead have a single 'new song' option, that then provides the 3 choices.

also, lets reorder the main menu more intuitively

• resume
• 'save & quit'
• rename song
• copy song
• load song
• new song
• delete current song
• options

no need for trailing ... on items
