011: T8 gate — restore drill + full bd-native chunk rehearsal (single-machine) nf-mbjj ← Beads

Reviewer found gaps in T8's turndown-gate verification (§5.1.4) on PR #1177 — the gate was never actually satisfied before T8 started. Aedan's decision: cross-machine sync drill is deprioritized (waived) — the office box never actually came online for either past drill attempt, and that's no longer required. This issue covers the other two legs.

Leg 1 — restore drill

Per T8's own card: bd export of the current shared workspace (~/nf/beads, now populated for real via the T8-import repo-wide run, #1160 — a substantial tracker, not a toy fixture), bd import into a **fresh workspace/clone on this same machine** (not cross-machine — that leg is waived), then a scripted diff against the source: issue count, dependency count, spot-check ~5 issues' title/status/labels/comments. No restore-drill script exists yet (checked tools/beads/ — export.py/import_github.py/ sync.py exist, nothing named restore or import-fresh) — build it if it doesn't already fit an existing tool, real output posted on this issue as proof.

Leg 2 — full bd-native chunk rehearsal

Work this exact issue end-to-end through bd only, not GitHub, for the possession side — this issue's own real usage IS the rehearsal:

- Claim via dev.py claim <bd-id> (T7's porcelain, #1106) — not a GitHub CLAIM comment. Find this issue's bd twin via its external_ref (it should already have one from the T8-import sweep, or claim it via bd directly if not — check). - Do the actual work (leg 1, above). - The PR flow itself stays on GitHub as normal (PR-side is untouched by this whole migration, forever) — only the *possession* side (claim/work/ release) needs to be bd-native for this to count as the rehearsal. - dev.py wrap at the end releases via bd the same way. - Document the whole cycle on this issue as the evidence for this gate leg — what commands you ran, that no GitHub CLAIM comment was posted.

Out of scope

Cross-machine sync drill — deprioritized per Aedan's direction, not part of this gate anymore.

Real dependency: T2's export chokepoint (merged), T8-import (merged, gives a real tracker to restore-drill against).
