PR #1123 follow-ups: Amendment A1's TOC entry and Landed-in line don't match the Step 7 template nf-h793 ← Beads

1. Contents TOC entry is generic instead of a gist. design_docs/011-task-tracking-on-beads.md:92 reads - [§Amendments](#amendments) — corrections since this doc was written, newest last. Both existing amended docs bold the entry and give a specific one-line gist instead: design_docs/006-the-coders-front-door.md:48 and design_docs/007-reviewer-verdicts-for-readers.md:57. Fix: bold the entry and swap the generic phrase for A1's actual gist (e.g. "A1: one shared bd workspace, not per-worktree copies").

1. Landed in doesn't self-cite the amendment's own PR. design_docs/011-task-tracking-on-beads.md:84-87 stops at "this doc only" with no PR number. Step 7's template (.claude/commands/design.md:307) is <PR for the code> · <PR for the amendment>; both precedents follow it even with no code PR — design_docs/005-probe-selection-and-build-config.md:53 ("no code — doc only · #697") and :149-151 ("Amendment PR: #897"). Fix: append · #1123.
