show a small vertical keyboard instead of just letters A/B/C

make L2 and R2 'vertical scroll' the notes editor, so we can get to higher/lower octaves, can have an acceleration on tap - so first tap is 1 semi, 2nd quick tap is 2 semis, 3rd quick tap is 4 semis, cap out at a full octave.
reserve L1 and R1 for 'horizontal scroll' , we can use it for longer song editor soon.
