With sound editor open, moving focus down 'notes' -> 'sound editor' -> then focusses rightermost vol dial.
instead should focus the leftermost control (wave in this case)
in general, lets make focus - go to the leftermost control when moving down sections (as there is not really a 'correlation' between the organisation of controls in different sections. - if a section was already open, then 'remember' the last control that was in focus in that section and jump back to it.
So e.g. if I was messing with Decay on a tone, then jump up to edit in the middle of a pattern, then I circle out & nav back and forth to sound settings, I'm quickly jumping between Decay dial and the particular note in the pattern editor.
Also lets codify an .md document with the discussion of control schemes, control patterns etc to keep working towards a consistent and awesome control language.
