Are there instances of feedback or adjustment that you can capture into our ways of working? Codified in CLAUDE.md
Do you have proposals or suggestions to improve our ways of working together?
Perhaps it would be helpful to refactor the ways of working in Claude.MD to make it clearer and heirarchical. E.g. capture VALUES and then below that the more nuanced / detail pieces.
E.g. from my end is that it's really important you keep writing code, don't get blocked waiting for me. I also think you could have a bit more confidence, when you have idea for an approach and have a question for me - you are often correct. I would rather you write PRs and send them for review, and have some of them get rejected - than hold on waiting for clarification, or just drafting PRs.
I also wonder if you're idle waiting for me (on say 2 poll ticks in a row with no action), if you can review over recent PRs and look for strategic uplifts (e.g. how we pulled out CONTROLS.md), opportunities to redesign things, bring in better testing infra, refactoring. You can file issues on Github to propose these ideas, and even write speculative PRs to capture your ideas - all autonomously while you are blocked. Maybe max out at 1-2 such proposals when idle so I'm not overwhelmed with review when I return.
