when u are in notes edit mode and press up, if you are at the top it moves the notes editor up one note, and also jumps focus out. nf-cerr ← Beads

instead, if you are in notes editor, focus stays inside, stick and d-pad scroll around.

make it so L3 brings focus back to the first note in the editor (incase u scroll off to oblivion).
