It's not clear that there is a 'default' saved song nf-6m8b ← Beads

Twinned from https://github.com/cfsh/ninefold/issues/193 by tools/beads/import_github.py's reconcile pass.

e.g. I know save and quit will restore my progress, I can open go "new song . demo" and edit it, and then on reload I have those edits - but that song I'm working on doesn't appear in the saved songs... list.

Maybe we need to make it so every song has a 'name', and if u go new song 'demo' we give u a chance to name the song (with "demo-{random_word}" as the seeded name).

We can/should also print the song name in the UI somewhere, so the user knows what song they are editing, and also have a control to rename the song (which 1:1 maps to the name under saved songs...).
