e.g. can put a lead>hook pattern in the bass row at the moment.

Instead we need some kind of visual hint to put it in the lead row, perhaps when u click in the wrong place, you see a little ghost flash in the right place where u are meant to put it, but it doesn't stick until u go there and add it properly
