Twinned from https://github.com/cfsh/ninefold/issues/901 by tools/beads/import_github.py's reconcile pass.
Suggestions from ninefold-reviewer's review of #896. Unclaimed and unlabelled — none of these block that PR; all three are documentation catching up to what shipped.
1. design 007's T3 card still carries the hole #896 fixed.
design_docs/007-reviewer-verdicts-for-readers.md:519-522 says a re-review restates "only ledger rows whose status changed", and points the collapse line at "the prior verdict's sha". The shipped charter now restates every MISSING / CLAIMED-NOT-FOUND row on every pass, and names the pass-1 sha — because from pass 3 on the immediately prior verdict is itself a delta. Doc and charter disagree; the charter is right. The same card writes the resolved-finding label as C1, where verdicts actually emit F1.
2. tools/reviewer/DESIGN.md §4 "The verdict contract" predates both T2 and T3.
Lines 113-149 describe the verdict as ask ledger → gate checks → fresh-eyes defects, with no mention of the mandatory plain-English lead (#888) or the pass-2+ delta shape (#896). It does say "full spec in CHARTER.md", so nothing there is false — but it is now the wrong summary of the contract it names, inside the design doc for that subsystem.
3. The "writeup" half of Aedan's relabel ask has no owner. 2026-08-14, quoted on #872: *"please re-label the sections so they are A / B / C in order in the writeup and charter"*. The charter half shipped in #888. The writeup half — design 007's T2/T3 cards and §6, which still name the pre-relabel letters — exists only as a translation-map comment on #872, not as a task anyone holds.
All three touch the same two files and would make one small PR.
